Can you play 4:3 stretched no black bars?

1280x1024 ingame res gives black bars, even windowed full screen with desktop res changed still gives black bars.

Tell me there's a way to play 4:3 no black bars..

i found out that this is currently not supported. We cant get rid of the black bars...
