Mr. Croft I Presume? Achievement Question
Is this still a stupidly rare chance, or has/will it be updated? It's the last Achievement this obsessive completionist needs and it's still eluding my grasp...much like a particular RNG-heavy Achievement in the first Poker Night at the Inventory...

Yeah. The chance is really low. Mikko told me that this have to be changed.

Another question to expand on this: does this just work with Treasure Chests found with the Treasure Hunt skill, or will it work with Treasure Map-generated X-marks-the-spot Treasure Chests?

As far as I know, you have to try to find them in every island you visit... no map or indications are useful here.

Raise your treasure hunt skill to be more successful, still it will be a pain to find it. It's the only achievement I am missing. So just do it while you play, and dig randomly. The other side of the medal: Everytime you miss, your moral drowns.

I've dug up so many Treasures that I maxed out Treasure Hunt and Treasure Coins. I've been at this Achievement for over a month (cumulative). That low chance can go wax a dead man's dinghy with a pair of hook hands...

This is true, but I know that there is already thoughts about raising the chance for it. But this is a lower priority at the moment. I normal dig three times on every island and still missed it. ;)

i took me around ~2000 digs to find. used a macro and dug in a tavern so not not starve (dig,eat eventual coconuts,pay captain,wait,repeat). you don't need to change islands, just dig a *lot*. consider 2000 digs take over 16hours. i had low treasure hunt though (went from lvl 1 to 4 while digging). however the contents of the "epic" treasure were rather lame, would've expected a bit more considering the low chance to find it, but maybe i just had bad rng-luck and got an unepic epic treasure.
