Jolly Roger That Achievement Broken or smt

I can't add flag on my ship. When i add it, looks like this, and cant get achievement. What is the problem ??

UPDATE: - DARY! broken too I think. I defeated one of legendary pirates but didn't get achievement...

 I wanted to mention, I'm not able to achieve the 'Who be makin this game?' achievement; nothing happens/unlocks/activates when I view the credits from the main menu.

For me it worked, when I restarted the game and did it again.

 I read about that possible solution in another thread, last week. I've attempted to unlock it through various combinations of restarting the game and loading/unloading various saved games; it just wouldn't seem to unlock.

 I was contemplating reinstalling the game when I decided to verify the game cache files; 1 file failed to validate and was thus redownloaded (1.9kb). After which I launched the game, selected the credits from the main menu.. and achievement unlocked.

 Coincidence? Perhaps. lol.

Now that is really interesting. Others have said that when they did that, it was overwriting the output_log.txt. Were you getting the infamous lag at that point as well?

 I did always get the infamous lag; before I learned of the output_log.txt fix I countered it by progressively reducing my resolution. I ultimately went from 60+ fps at 1920x1080 in 1-3 diffculty rated areas to 25+ fps at 1280x720 in 7-10 areas.. definitely dissatisfying.

 The output_log.txt prior to verifying the game cache files was around 800,000+ characters; after I verified it was reduced/recreated and sits around 20,000+ characters currently.

 I'm happy to report that I can for the first time battle legendary pirates at 1920x1080 and also maintain an enjoyable frame rate.. if it gets choppy again, I know what to do, heh.

If you get it again, let us snatch your log file, I'm starting to see a relationship between that file filling up way past where it should, and then the game lagging out like that.

My brother defeated a Legendary Pirate, and he captured the ship, didn't pop! I killed a Legendary Pirate this morning, blew up the ship, and the Achievement popped! So maybe try that?
