My problem now is making cannons efficiently. For a while, I had 4 cannons and they were all fired right away, preventing level 4 ships from getting off more than a few shots, but now my crew seems to be acting really inefficiently, as in not loading cannons before a battle instead running around grabbing more ammo while my ship is blown up. All I can think is I need to greatly reduce the size of my boat and give them less area to fumble around with.
