Campaign Manager

I've been looking around for solutions to get Von Tom's Campaign Manager working but can't seem to find any. I was able to find that Windows 7 apparently broke the program. Has anyone found a work around solution or is in contact with Von Tom? Any feedback would be appreciated.

Campaign Manager will not work on any x64 Windows OS, no matter what version.
It should, however, work on x86 versions (including x86 version of Windows 10, presumably), provided all necessary dlls are included (CM was running on rather old version of Visual basic).

All in all - the only solution for most people is virtualization these days, which seems like an overkill for this purpose, really.
CM is 16 bit program, btw., so it might be possible to run it in Windows 3.x enviroment (under Dosbox). Might, just might.

Can confirm x86 only. I've got it going with this red baron only 32 bit.
