Report a translation problem
The steps that you should follow are:
1) Select where you want to throw the hook. You want it close enough to your desired fish so that the fish will go towards the hook, but not close enough that it will scare the fish away.
2) Wait until the fish pulls the float under water. Sometimes they will lightly grab it once or twice, but you want to wait until the float has been pulled under water and isn't moving.
3) Left click repeatedly to pull the fish in.
Fishing is easy enough that once you know how it works, you can catch a fish every single time.
