how to start the Julia quest

i cant start the julia quest it says dont go far fromm here

Did the following situations go ahead?

1. The game date of 20 days or more will be held
2 Appearance of Hotel boss 'Sayaka'
3. "Karot Island" appears on the lake.

When the three conditions mentioned are met, Julia's quest will proceed. Please note.
