Cheat mode?

I last played this game in May of this year, before all the new content was released. At the time I had seen all content available and gotten all achievements available. After hearing about the official release, I decided to return to the game to see all the new content and endings. Since I had already unlocked most of the content and gotten most achievements, I thought I should start out in Cheat Mode. Should be fine, right? But I don't understand what's different.

I'm supposed to start out with money and 160 Affection points. Well, I got the money, but where are the Affection points? At the point at the beginning when I can start interacting with the women, their profiles show that they have 0/10 points. Where are the extra points? It seems that I have to earn those points in the usual way by talking, giving presents, and going on dates, just like I would have to if I had started in Normal mode. What am I missing here?


One more thing. Is there some hotkey that will hide the text-box temporarily? I took both Asami and Mio on dates and they wore cute new outfits. I wanted to get a full view of them in these outfits but their bodies were hidden by the text-box and I couldn't hide it.

Cheat mode allows you to earn double favor and money. Is the 2x effect not being applied?
We are currently working on making the text box transparent, and we will do our best to include it in a future update.

Ok, yes, I have noticed affection points accruing at a faster rate. That wasn't clear from the description in the game but thank you for clearing that up. And if you put in a way to hide the text box in the future, that will make an already good game (except for the English translation), a great game!
