What do you have to do for 3 star ending?

What I've seen online is you need to collect all dad photos along with the scratched up photo, play all 3 secret minigames, and fix and complete all arcade cabinets. I'm confused on the arcade machines. What does complete mean? Complete as in play once, or complete as in get the soundtrack for that arcade cabinet?

maybe a little late but i've been experimenting with this
the bare minimum so far that i've done for 3 stars was:

-repair all arcade cabinets
-play all of them
-beat all of the ones with clear win conditions (the slidey puzzle, get all 6 hats in collect the hats, and save all the children. i didnt complete the alternate soundtrack conditions for any of the high score based ones after my first run and it still got me the 3 star ending)
-get all of dad's items
-i also got all 3 stickers from the voucher machine, i dont know if this has any bearing on the 3 star ending but thought it was worth mentioning

i played the 3 secret minigames on night five. i've heard people say they can be completed any time but i have yet to try that for myself

in short, if you CAN win the arcade game, do. otherwise you only have to play it afaik

Thanks for the help! I guess technically the 3 star ending is 100% completing the game.

This probably doesn't matter, but I got the achievement by only playing every game once and exited immediately after. The only one I actually beat was the 6 hats.

Yeah, you don't need to do nightmare mode for 3 star, but that's an extra achievement.
