I mean that seemed like a completely different scooper or at least room in Ruin but I get ur point, kinda ridiculous to have multiple locations under the pizzaplex...it's whatever tho I guess.

Because FNaF fans have ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ media analysis and literacy/comprehension skills, are too attached to the classic games, and can't fathom the idea of new characters not either being connected to old characters in some way, or being old characters outright.

That's why you have theories like "Gregory is BV", "Vanessa is Elizabeth", "The Mimic is Circus Baby and/or The Puppet", and "Glamrock Freddy is Michael and/or Henry". There's literally no evidence of any of these, but some FNaF fans will try to convince you otherwise because they love the idea of every single new character just being an old character, and nothing ever just actually being new.

The books very well establish Mimic is a new character with at most some Afton inspired behavior sprinkled in.
