After its release, they produced 7 extremely small patches. They promised a highly anticipated 8th patch "within a week", but that was long ago. Instead, in the time we were waiting for that patch, it looks like Dreammatrix produced AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT GAME.
It seems clear that the real issue was never money, it was a lack of attention. They're even working on DLC and a sequel to Legends of Dawn
But okay, granted... Legends of Dawn is not Spaceforce Constellations. I haven't seen Spaceforce Constellations. It could somehow miractulously work flawlessly, have fun gameplay, and an interesting storyline. But I highly doubt it. Dreammatrix failed so badly, that not only will I avoid any other title by the studio, I will actively warn people away from them.
