The Client -- can't finish to enter the Kitchen

I have interviewed everyone repeatedly, but can't get enough information to fill in the Deducktions page.

(I don't even know why I'm supposed to know there's been a lunch stolen, as the only crime mentioned so far is a mug thief). I have 5 names, but can't even ask the boss about each of his employees.

The Help function tells me about information that I will only learn from the "crime scene", but if I try to go to the kitchen, it says I can't go in until I've finished identifying the people in the office, of which there are only 5 (including the receptionist.) I have one other name from a poster and 2 other part-names, but no pictures, so they can't be entered into the notebook.

How can I proceed?

FINALLY figured it out -- the questionnaire for the suspects had a scroll-down feature.
