Bug? map doesn't match interactions

I'm just trying to figure out who all the coworkers are. I have, as far as I can tell, exercised every E, Q and R option available to me in the main room of the office, the manager's office, and reception.

There is another door off the main room but when I try to go through, it implies the door goes to outside and does not let me. On the map, this door should go to other rooms (where presumably I could find the rest of the coworkers). Is this a bug or have I overlooked something?

Have you filled out all the names of the suspects in your journal? After this you need to complete the "Suspects" deducktion

I have completed the Suspects deducktion (it says 8/8 and is checked) but am stuck at 8/12 for the " the client".

It seems like you've found all the clues but have yet to fill in the blanks

If there isn't a tick next to a deducktion's title then it's yet to be completed. You have to fill in all the blanks correctly on the right side of the journal to complete it

Hopefully that helps, let me know if you're still having issues and I can send some screenshots, or you can send me a screenshot of what you're currently seeing in the journal

I don't think I've found all the clues, since it says 8/12, right? And I thought it was stolen lunch or mug but those answers get rejected. I'd love to send some screenshots but it doesn't look like I can do that here - where should I send them?

AHHHH I went to rubber duck ;) this to my bf and clicked into a different section of suspects where I indeed hadn't filled out the names. Perhaps a bit of feedback is that the visual indicators were a bit confusing - I had the ! sign on the notebook but when I opened it the page was blank and Suspects had already been marked as complete so I forgot there was a different fill in the blank section that was clickable.
