Unbelievable high score?

So, I was trying to get a high score at one of the in-game maps, and I notice the #1 high score for this player called "DEATH IS TRUE(no mic)". I can understand getting 10 million on a map like skid marks, but 250 million?! How does that work? Is it a hack? It's not just the skid marks map, several other maps show this user with 250 mill on the leaderboard!

well, 250 million should be possible, but i guess a lot using cheat engine.

impossible to get in top ten, all had 999999999999999999999 points lol

I hope this game will use VAC in future, becouse VAC can detect cheat engine

Very rarely you'll get a glitch that can make your score shoot up. I got one of said glitches on Freeway, where Mr. Dismount got stuck inside two different vehicles that were compressed together, causing all three to "vibrate". The result was getting score for Mr. Dismount taking damage, the vehicles impacting, and so forth--all while maintaining the 10x multiplyer. That being said, I only ended up with about 21 million points (#4 at the time on that map), as the timer eventually kicks in. 250 million is VERY suspicious, especially when it's not isolated to one map.

And at one time there was a way of launching Sasquatch into a very crazy spin that got some big scores. You had to hit the road blocker poles at just the right speed...very very slow...and he went crazy. But they increased the mass and now on speeds under 1/4 he will just time out and not move at all. But that really was not a cheat to me. It was merely using the physics of the game to your advantage. However, with the tweaks of the scoring now, the scores are even better. I really think that whan the game is 100 % stable and uncheatable, all leaderboards should be wiped clean. That way, if you really are a good player, you will regain your places easily.

Actually, I would like to see the leaderboard divided into categories for highest score with each vehicle.

Well, in retrospect it was technically an "exploit" and I probably should not have used it to gain a better score and should have reported it but I got greedy, LOL.
