Olaf & Tyson Moveset Guide (version 0.30)

Olaf & Tyson - The Walrus Man
Combo Attack (B,B,B), 4% 4% 8%
3 punch combination that ends with an uppercut that sends the opponent into the air.

Combo Special (B,B,B,A), 4% 4% 8% 2% 2% 8%
After the opponent is sent flying, Olaf charges in for an additional attack followed by another uppercut. Creates an ice platform underneath Olaf as he charges forward to attack, allowing him to stand off-stage. This Combo Special can be used infinitely for incredible horizontal recovery when used with Ice Pillar. At high percentages, the uppercut from the Combo Attack
launches them too far for the Combo Special hit to follow up.

Forward+Attack, 6% 6% > (Fully charged) 6% 11%
Quick two punch combination with moderate knockback.

Dash+Attack, 8% 8%
Olaf spear tackles with his fists forward and slides on the ground. When done at point-blank range, hits the opponent twice. Might go under certain projectiles on ending frames? Olaf can slide off the edge off platforms with this. Stylish edge-guard or gateway to oblivion?

Down+Attack, 8% > (Fully charged) 11%
Olaf strikes the ground with his fist. Has a slight backward hitbox.

Up+Attack, 8% > (Fully charged) 11%
An upward punch that sends the opponent straight up.

(Air) Attack, 4% 4% 4%
Olaf does a spining clothesline in the air. If you do this attack while you're centered with the opponent, there's a chance it does a third hit.

(Air) Up+Attack, 10%
An upward wide-arching punch.

(Air) Down+Attack, 11%
A downard straight punch that spikes the opponent straight down. Bounces the opponent off the ground.

(Air) Forward+Attack, 9%
A single wide-arching punch to the side.

(Air) Back+Attack, 9%
A quick single punch with no follow-through. Does not have as much knockback as (Air) Forward+Attack.

Special, 3% > (Fully charged) 12-13% > (Possum Version) 14%
As the Special button his held, Olaf winds his arm up to five times to gather ice in his fist. Let go of the Special button for him to punch. He moves a little forward when throws the punch. If Olaf charges his Special too much, his fist becomes too heavy and he falls on his back. Holding a side direction while he's on his back causes him to get up immediately with a Charged Punch in that direction. Bug or feature? Use it while you got it!

(Air) Special, 5% > (Fully charge) 13%
While in mid-air, Olaf can wind his arm twice before it becomes too heavy. Charges much faster than his grounded version. Olaf's jump arch can't be changed while he's winding his punch.

Side+Special
(Air) Side+Special (Much quicker and no landing lag)
Shoots a moderately fast, small icicle that can freeze the opponent for a second. Hitting an already frozen opponent with it will causes them to be unfrozen. The air version has less start up. Use that instead. Scumbag Tactics 101: Try to freeze the opponent off-stage, then hit 'em with (Air) Down+Attack.

Up+Special
An ice pillar is summoned from the bottom of the stage for Olaf to stand on. It lasts for a few seconds. When the 1st pillar shatters, another ice pillar can be summoned, but if that one breaks, another can't be made. Must be re-charged by landing on normal ground. Good for blocking recovery space. The opponent can attack it to shatter it. While Olaf can't break his own Ice Pillar, his Side+Special Projectile can go through it. While standing on it, goes well with Combo Special for extra platforms.

Dash Special, 7% on every hit
Olaf rolls into a ball that gets larger with snow the farther it goes. Hits for 3 hits at point-blank range. Slower than his Dash+Attack, but goes a longer distance. Olaf can roll off the stage with this move. Cancel out of the roll by pressing Special again. Olaf is still vulnerable to attack in this state.
