Holy techniques

Hello. I upgaded holy techniques (celestial jugmenet and divine wind) but how to use them? When I use my holy technique it still looks same like before upgrade. I press holy technique button then release for faster recharge. Am I doing something wrong? I saw on one video at youtube people were doing other holy techniques than mine.

They gain new follow ups as you upgrade them more.

Oh okay, thanks. I'll try upgrade them more, but they kinda expensive.

I upgaded both to lvl 3 but what's the difference between celestial jugment and divine wind? Instruction to use looks same and tsumugi also look same.
