Force Five/Jingi Storm: EF-12's origin?

Force Five was a fighting game that would be released to Atomiswave board (Sammy's version of Naomi board), but for unknown reasons it was cancelled. Few lucky collectors have the game.

Jingi Storm was released by Atrativa to Naomi board. It's a kind of gangsters' fighting game in where each fighter has a sister/assistant/girlfriend/daughter/etc, that is the prize of the winner fighter.

Ok, presentations done, i watched the gameplay of both, and several sound effects and animations are clearly equal to EF-12's assets. Only the models and stages are different. If you don't know them and watch them first-look, you will think that it's a very modified version of EF-12.

What's the opinion of yours about it? Does EF-12 have "hidden features"?

Btw Force five alongside a game called Kenju got released and you can play them now on any Atomiswave emulator.
