Yes, nine years after the last official update of v2.5, we get an unofficial update. The two brightest highlights of it are: the Piece of Coral (Block 6) and the King's Key (Block 10) fixes for the two long standing bugs. But it also has some other fixes, especially for those few pieces of equipment that had wrong stats or skills' descriptions that were not too precise.

Developed by me. In continuous development. I really could use feedback too. Preferably on Discord, but feel free to report anything, but especially bugs, regarding this update or the game, in this topic as well.

As I wrote in the installer's descriptions: yes. It works with Steam/GOG/retail/cucumber version, as long as it's patched with the latest official v2.5.

I'm late to the party with this little gem. Steam and GoG patched flawlessly.

Updated the patch to v1.1 in the source. It fixes all (*all of them*) wrong equipment stats, describes all things a given skill/spell does, and provides some extra text corrections.

WARNING!

Due to how the old Unity handled everything, this update shouldn't be installed in the middle of a playthrough. Finish with the previous version or start a new game.

The newly released v1.2 for 100% fixes the King's Key bug (on top of the other fixes). A new game is required, still. But now this issue cannot be botched no matter what.

There been reports this patch might not work with some Steam installations. Now it was revised to v1.3 to work flawlessly on all platforms, be it Steam, GOG, Humble Bundle, retail, or whatever. Enjoy.

Thank you for the effort. Installed the patch. Beat the game. Still didn't get the Paperback, Adamantine Secret, Master of Secrets, Codex or Demon's Solution achievements.

Paperback, Popup Book, Hardcover achievements have been broken for awhile, though.

Was hoping the patch would work for the others. Oh well. Still had fun playing. :)
