I purchased the chillblade weapon for 1.49$ it took my money from my steam wallet but i never recieved the weapon i tried refreshing several times but it still hasn't shown up in my weapon list. :C

be nice when finished a stage in single player you still get xp for your dragon and weapon if you want to do it again.

im getting a dnt.exe error. but sometimes i can get into the game just to see a server error. any ideas as to whats going wrong

@xXSozialSchwachXx - sounds like the connection is failing and you're going through a proxy. Could you go to your network settings and disable your proxy and try again? If you need help with this, you can just message me with details on what kind of OS you're using and I can walk you through that.

@eivindMC - I'm not quite sure what you mean. Do you mean, you can't see the Dragons shop on the world map in-game? You need to complete some missions before you unlock that. Which mission are you on now?

@basscaptain26 - Could you send a support ticket with a copy of your log file? Here are instructions to find your log file on steam:

On PC:
1. Right click on Dragons and Titans from your Steam Library
2. Select Properties from the drop down menu
3. Select Local Files tab and click on "Browse Local Files..."
4. Open the dnt_Data folder and locate the text file called "output_log.txt
On Mac:
1. Open a Finder window
2. On the Menu bar, go to Go > Go to Folder
3. In the dialog that comes up, put in "~/Library/Logs/Unity/" and click Go
4. Locate the "Player.log" file in that folder

Hi Temporary,

It looks like the connection from the internet proxy you are using is failing. You could try to disable the proxy which works for most of our users.

If you are on Windows:
1. Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button. In the search box, type Internet Explorer, and then, in the list of results, click Internet Explorer.
2. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
3. Click the Connections tab, and then click LAN settings.
4. Make sure the "Use a proxy server for your LAN" check box is not selected.

If you're on Mac, let me know and I'll figure it out. :)

Every time I heal in single player campain I seem to heal the enemy dragons.
And really could do with some more offers I seem to have bought them all.

I went on matchmaking with my friend but I got stuck at the loading screen, while the rest of the 9 players are able to go in. I tried to quit the game and reconnect, but it shows the same thing after several times trying to reconnect to the match! Please help!
