Can anybody find Eternal Polaris post second race?

I'm pretty much done with every rival (I just need to farm KMs and money for the last two wanderers) and while grinding I'm looking to "settle the score" with rivals I have more Losses then Wins (or with whom I have a tie), Eternal Polaris happens to be one of them, I have a 1-1 tie, I'm looking for her around parking areas and C1 loop for about an in-game month and I can't seem to be able to find her, can we race her again after the second encounter at all? Am I stupid and/or blind?
This situation is driving me nuts LOL
