Return of the Bastards is bugged
Return of the bastards is bugged. It's showing that there is more races to be completed, but no AI to race.

Some show up on certain days, or just randomly. Additionally, drive around and unlock and check all the PAs since some team members exclusively hang around in particular ones. Otherwise some teams have gimmicks where they show up after other members have already lost.

I had the same issue - try driving to Tatsumi PA, there are team members there to battle. I haven't finished battling both of them but likelihood is that will finish the quest
