Most important thing to add is unique AI, like TXR:ZERO
TXR:Zero had many unique type of driver ais, ramming, blocking, giving up, reckless, reserved, likely to crash, conservative, inclined to corners, inclined to straights and everything in between the extremes. Ai reflected driver or team personalities.

TXR:3 was missing these and it was sorely felt, took a lot of personality and intrigue out of the game.

Re-adding unique ai would be a massive boon to the game, a lot of driver descriptions and personalities make no sense as they are no longer reflected in their AI. It adds a lot of personality and intrigue to the game and makes it feel like you're not just racing the same bots over and over.

I would also suggest making the ai 20-30% more difficult overall, been too easy to beat them.

yep, right now this TXR version is incredibly boring. I do miss the previous games' variety in AI.

+1. I dont know why devs stopped doing that forza thing where the game read you and your friends driving habits and made characters out of them. could work globally especially now with all the data harvesting and AI language models.

Maybe they could make it more apparent / prevalent, but it seems to me this is already present to at least a limited extent;

Some rivals will aggressively block, some won't even try. Some will try to grind you into a wall while most won't. Some are weak in corners while others aren't. One even steers back and forth rhythmically, at least when behind.
