Xtreme Tokyo Racer cloudsave update BEWARE

I bought the game and played on PC for over 6 hours, I tried playing on Steam Deck last week and was surprised my save progress was not included only to learn no cloud save options for game as of yet, today I went to play on Steam Deck to realize Cloudsaving was added to the game which is a good thing, only now I lose my main save file on my PC account because I lauched the game on Steamdeck first, any way to get my old save back or am I screwed at this point?? I am very pissed I lost my main save file with over 6 hours of gameplay

Support for the Steam Cloud
Description
Steam Cloud will be activated on February 6, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.(JST).
Once activated, locally stored save data will be uploaded to the Steam Cloud and can be shared among multiple PCs.

Notes
Once the Steam Cloud is enabled, only one save data can be saved per account.
Please note that if the same account is used across multiple PCs, the saved data of the PC that was started later will be overwritten by the saved data of the PC that was started first.
If you still wish to use separate save data on multiple PCs, please turn off the cloud sync setting from the Steam client before starting the game.

this is false, my oldest save file was not the one that was saved, the secondary one I started a week after the first one was used, I lost all my progress my car upgrades, money, etc, all because I launched the game on my steam deck before my main pc, if I disable cloud saving now, I will be left with the same new game save file with none of my stuff and my old file is gone because they don't know how to implement a patch to their game

Okay, so you lost your oldest savefile llkarma just as the warning said. I did as well running on two cumputers. But it's not that long of a grind and you'll have fun while you're at it .. it'll be a long spring anyhow in wait for full release.
If you still want to make back-ups of your savefile it's still in the same place on your hard drive and you can Touch[ss64.com] that file if you ever want to revert. Cheers!

I appreciate the feedback but again the notes say the oldest save file will be the one retained not the newer of the two saves, it did the exact opposite, can start over just sucks have a good one sir cheers
