If you don't mind editing your save file, get a Suzuki Alto Works, save then exit game, then use a program like notepad++ and edit the Alto's performance levels to the maximum possible (model code is HA36S, power level 9, exhaust and intake level 6, etc.), save then open the game,

go to settings menu and edit the values to update the performance settings into the new levels, now equip the wine of victory level 2 (+8% bonus rivals prize money) skill. Find Wind of Napoli (level 21 Wanderer, he only accept challenge from a fellow Suzuki Alto, the reason why you need an Alto in the first place), beat him 20 times in a row, this will make the prize money form that point into 200k each win as long as you dont lose the streak or go to a parking area,

The Alto is easy to drive even in 0% tire durability cuz of awd drivetrain, as long as you dont make mistake, Wind of Napoli is a bank in a pizza delivery vehicle (to the point I just roleplay in helping Napoli deliver more pizzas in exchange for cut in credits lol).
