Rivals missing?

Hey guys, new to TXR, I can't complete my objectives because some members from the list just don't show up on the map.. Do I need to do something specific for that?

Go to the parking areas, they are a lot of rivals there.

Some team members Rivals only appear in parking areas, so make sure you check all of the parking areas.

Thanks guys, I found out the same yesterday. Now there are two or three rivals with cars so much faster, that I've no chance to beat them in my Subaru BRZ.

Which cars did you use for those real hard ones?
I'm just lvl 5 iirc so a lot of the cars and tunes are still not unlocked.

Just keep playing through the story and get more money to buy faster cars/better upgrades. I went the mazda route and used the rx8/rx7 FD. the RX7 FD can beat everything currently in the game except for the ones that require specific cars.

The fastest car with upgrades before you defeat Cinderella After Midnight is the RX-8 (not counting custom cars). I'm no fan of RX-8s but it's faster than the Silvia I had been hoping to clear the early part of the game with.
