Game not detecting xbox controller inputs.
Anyone know of this issue or a potential fix? I know the controller works just fine as I was playing another driving game with it while TXR was downloading.

I figured it out. For anyone who encounters a similar issue, on the Steam client open Settings>Controller and tick "Enable Steam Input for Xbox controllers".

Steam input for your Xbox controllers actually is generally undesirable. You may want to consider checking the firmware in your Xbox controller with the Xbox accessory app.

I do not use Steam Input and my Xbox controller is fine wired or with the Windows 10 Xbox USB adapter.

This is still happening with no resolve, used my ps5 controller with no problem but Xbox will not input

I'm using an Xbox One controller, and it's been problem free. Update everything and get the Microsoft app for the controller and try again. As an FYI, I don't have that controller checked since Windows sees it and games can access it that way.

If you're on old Xbox controller firmware, update it with the Xbox Accessories App. Though be warned that there are complaints about drift problems with the recent firmware (I've not had issues).

I don't know why people don't bother to post their mode (XB1 | X/S) or connection method though. You aren't helping yourself to solve the issue.
