Full line of EVOs... yeah I'd wish that as well. My fav was the VIII and IX.
As for the Eclipse... 95 and 99 Eclipse both only featured FF version in Japan, so you might wanna be careful what you wish for...
It's debatable because Mitsubishi Motors owned Diamond Star Motors in Illinois during Eclipse production. It has parts from numerous places, including Japan. It also was sold in Japan in limited quantities. But every manufacturer makes cars outside of their primary corporate country. E.g. There are a dozen Honda plants in the USA and they are still "Japanese". And some companies don't sell certain models in their home country. At least Eclipse made it back to Japan in some form or another (via import). Lancer EVOs also shared the same 4G63T Sirius engine as the Eclipse.
Regardless, the game has one of the worst Eclipse models which is the big issue. Fans would love to see the Gen 1 / Gen 2 turbocharged models with AWD.
My question is why the hell did they make the RX8 so strong??? That car is hideous, slow, and garbage in reality. So confusing why they made it so fast... I hate it lol.
This commercial says that you are incorrect:

This Japanese commercial even says "Full time 4WD" in it at the 30 sec mark.
I think the only version of the Eclipse ever sold in Japan was the 3rd gen Spyder, and even then, all of them were LHD.
