He was called that in TXR3, but that game sometimes had poor translations.

And the name didn't even offend me. In honesty, he was really named like that and the driver is not even a white guy. So... lol - good thing I revert it back with a mod.

The nickname is changed because people think it's racially motivated. White Revolution's real name is Toshihiko Kaneshiro and he is nicknamed like that for three reasons - his surname, his white Toyota Supra and his pure driving skills even though his car isn't fast against my 440 horsepower Toyota Supra from the game. I can see Blackpanthaa got offended by Toshihiko's nickname, but since I'm Pilipino, his nickname doesn't mean he's a freakin' Neo Nazi. Anyhoo, if you guys want his nickname like the way he originally named, download the mod and you'll know where it is. I don't know if the mod still works, so I'm on version 0.10.3. I'm waiting for version 1.0.
