It's kinda funny though. People got offended over the driver being called "White Revolution", so Genki changed it to "Perfect Revolution". I bet these same people will be offended again because they'd interpret this name change as if only "White Revolution" can become a "Perfect Revolution". XD

Or maybe we don't like having a name change made to a long standing character in the franchise because someone idiot thinks a white car is symbol of white supremacy and should be colored differently.

I can't find any evidence of said offended people. This is most likely a decision the developers made entirely by themselves. Stop making things up over spilled milk.

I would like to add that Japanese media in general is being infiltrated by people who loves power tripping and hates the media under the guise of "Localizing" and "Consultant" Agencies which is why weird changes happens in the first place.

Funimation tried that, and once the Japanese understood what their American counterparts were doing... well... Funimation isn't these days and Japan is looking at AI based solutions to prevent a translation getting tampered with.
