Cinderella past midnight car?

1. If I would buy her car (Cinderella Past Midnight), will I have the glow around the car when I driving around?

2. I know you cannot tune the car, but can I remove the livery and change the color etc?

Midnight Cinderella's car has 382PS on 1,327kg. A built Mazda RX-7 will leave this in the dust (418PS on 1,249kg).

I just like the glow on the car hahaha. That is all.

I know how the RX-7 drives, I am testing cars now.

So far tested the following cars. (I disabled auto-save so I go back to the title screen once I tested the car). Saved the game right after completing the early access.

*S13 - Used this car at my first game - Lovely car to drive (not maxed tune)
* RX8 - Used this car at my first game and second game - Main car used to beat the game, it's a good car. (not maxed tune)
S15 - personally I love this car IRL and how it looks, but in this game the handling is really ♥♥♥♥. Feels really heavy.
RX7 - Beautiful machine, IRL and in-game. Drives really good. Def gonna buy this one.
Subaru Impreza WRX TypeR STi versionVI (GC8) '99 - I build it for acceleration this car is damn fast. Def gonna buy this one.

Now gonna test the R32, R33, R34, Mitsubushi GTO Twin turbo (Z16A).

FYI: This is my second play through. I didn't manage the BP at my first save, so started over.
