(Suggestion) Additional transmission tuning options
*Set desired RPM for Automatic shift point.

*Set desired RPM on the shift light for manual.

I agree a lot because the AT in this game compared with the other games, txr 2025 does not use the full power band. I had to switch to MT to have more power band and shift on redline

Especially that some upcoming cars are automatic/DCT like the NSX mk2 and the GTR R35 and the AT could make them go sluggish

how well do those work IRL? Does the computer know how to keep the engine in powerband? The game might not treat them like a slushbox

I drive Manuel and Manuel only, even in games. Automatic makes me want to shoot myself due to boredom

finally, i will be able to make my toyota supra pass the hard 367 KM/H cap.
always preferred to use AT even if i can play MT and know it's objectively better/ but man the AT in this game is an actual handicap. shifts up too short and shifts down too late. not to mention it takes its time when it has to shift down several time in a single succession (ex. crashing to a full stop from >200kmh)

The ECU manages to do, especially with the throttle output. With more throttle and in sport mode, they shift on redline while having less throttle, the system shift for fuel efficiency. On youtube, it even shows when the driver makes a kickdown and the system adjusts to the gear that gives more powerband with how many per cent you stepped on the pedal

Those cars are gonna be so ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up if they dont fix it
(I have curious question at very long time - am I only one feeling weird to call this "AT" because it's exactly works "MT with auto shift feature"? Proper AT is, you know, linear like P-R-N-D)

The AT in the game sounds like with an AMT car that has a delay between gears compared with the conventional and DCT. It's really known in Europe, but in other places, it didn't have a good adoption due to being unreliable and sometimes a catfish when sold in dealerships
