Tokyo Xtreme Racer
I just realized how old is this series(for good terms)
So in my childhood I played ZERO and 01(I think it's called TXR3 in US?) in PS2.
Took a lot of times 'till beat the game.
Like, literally, part of my lifetime.

It's 20 years ago now... oh wait it can't be so ancient, let's research real quick...
H-hold on, ZERO was released in 2001?!?! Oh my god, it REALLY vintage! And that's good terms!

Oh I never thought I can rewind good ol' memory. Tons of memories. For all years I thought I must forget about this series for good, but... man, I can't express enough how I feels like.

I really glad for devs to revive this series once again.
And I'm glad to be alive today. I'm serious, no exaggerate included.

(Yeah I know nobody care my personal stories but I just can't shut up for this one - 'cause my heart is filled by memory of this series so much)

The original original is from 1994.

Many of us got our first taste of TXR on PS1 or Dreamcast.
99' Dreamcast launch title! I've played the older games on PS1/Saturn....they do not hold up nearly as well lol.

I played TXR on Dreamcast launch and was one of my most played games on that console by a long shot.
Wow, actually many people had Dreamcast I see.
As long as I remember it was very minor console (at least in my country) you know!
I never even heard of TXR until a year or several ago and this is my gateway to the cult classic series.

And no, I never owned a Dreamcast.

I still have at least 4 Dreamcasts (2 are for parts). One is connected to my main gaming TV with an OSSC and Beharbros Kuro Plus VGA/RGB adapter. Still gets play from time to time. Mostly racing and fighting games.
