In terms of performance, the Eclipse GT should be somewhat comparable to the Toyota 86, so it would make more sense to make it an early game vehicle.
Cars like the 350, some subarus, the eclipse, the mark X, and the older supra should really be unlocked at the same tier as the RX-8. Whether that means pushing the RX-8 back, or moving these cars forward, I'm not sure.
But it felt *really* bad to be forced to use the RX-8 over my 180, since it just couldn't keep up despite being in the same stage as the RX-8.
