Tokyo Xtreme Racer
Feedback for Devs After 15 Hrs
So far enjoying the game. The difficulty could use some tuning as it often feels like whoever has the faster car will win and the driving doesn't matter so much unless you hit a car which is pretty easy to avoid generally although as I'm progressing I am seeing this improve a bit so maybe the endgame will feel better but the early game just made this game feel extremely casual, which is okay but those they enjoy something more engaging may be offput by this.

Specific improvements I'd like to see to the game are:
- The game needs some way to help prevent the player from accidentally causing a race to be a draw. It's annoying when I use my nitrous to get the upper hand on a tougher opponent but then while they're behind they take a different route and the battle ends in a draw. Either have some indicator to show me which way I need to go to stay with the opponent or force whoever is currently not in the lead to take the route of the lead car or forefeit.

-Show some info on opponents you've met but haven't raced yet in the reference guide. Just something like show their speed metric but not their specific horsepower, torque, weight, etc. This way the reference section has more use to research opponents and know whether you're going to get totally smoked by a way faster car or not instead of entering the course near them only to find out the hard way and have to drive really far or go back to the garage to try a different opponent. Some of the people talking at the parking areas could also mention the performance of specific drivers' cars to give you clues as well which would make the parking area dialogue more useful as well.

-Some way to import our own PNG decals to put on our cars would be amazing but I know this one's more of an ask. Would be a lot more fun for personalizing our cars. It would also be cool to include some manufacturer decals such as Subaru and Nissan emblems as well as the STI emblem, WRX emblem, Silvia emblem, etc from all the makes. Some fake tuning and aftermarket company decals would be cool too like knockoff HKS, Momo, etc.

-Let us turn around at ramps and car parks. It's too cumbersome to switch directions on the expressway.

Dude that's almost one whole sentence. These guys are definitely not fluent in English (see previous games/bios). You should probably break it up a bit to make it easier to digest.

Maybe they aren't fluent in English but I mean it's 2025 and they're on the internet. Surely they can at least get the gist from translation software or better yet know someone that can interpret even if not on their own team.
