Put global illumination on medium or low. On high or above it enables software raytracing and the performance tanks.

Set the graphics to ps1
I'm running a Nitro 5 too, but an older model with an 8300H and 1050TI. It runs well for me on medium so maybe you can set a few things higher and still get the game to run smoothly.
Update: tried on high with global illumination on low and it looks just as good, runs smooth most of the time but lags a bit on certain areas. You could try and play around with your settings a bit more.
This blogpost recommends settings for a GTX 1070 and it's broadly similar to what I can get out of Battlemage integrated graphics on Intel Lunar Lake:

You should be able to go with high or medium for most settings except for global illumination which should not go above medium

I got everything set to medium and it's running pretty smoothly for me now. Thanks for the tip!
