Saw the guy once in the beginning and never again. Bug? Cant find him anywhere.

He should appear in PAs at random each time you leave the garage, check for the wrench icon above each PA on the map to see where he is.

He's always on a different parking area, if you look at the map when your return, you will see prompts from talk, VS or a wrench, if you see a wrench he's there, he changes locations everytime you go back and even alternates tune ups from exhaust, to straight up power tune ups. They vary by price from 100-500k.

It's how I beat the bosses on the later levels

I got it sorted out. So, you need to have all PA's unlocked to see which one hes at, on any given day. but he will be there, every day 7 Days of the week. Just a hard find, is all! Thanks all for the help! <3

Please add a way to verify what the tuner did to my car besides him telling me. Let me see it on my stats somehow or an icon on the HUD. I feel as if he makes my car slower some times? idk.

Help! I found the ranch icon, went there, but he’s not there. How do I talk to him?

@shinjikc Whenever you go into the place where he is present; there will be another button above the "Settings" in the bottom left named "Talk". That'll allow you to talk to the Tuner and insert the tune he offers for the night (Power, Intake, I can't remember the other one). All differ in price, but worth the money!

mf decided that he will slap a 12-hour long disposable turbo on my NA car for 1.5 million and that thing suddenly becomes angel killer bcs of it lol

I agree, although he warns that the combination of spare parts will not work, he still asks for half a million CP for the 7 engine, which drops PS
from 406 to 402 of my Subaru :+:
