thats all ports ever should be, most casuals would rather stick to modern ez FG's then what could be considered the godfather of "1 player round" FG's
Yeah to this day I'm not sure why more fighting games don't have some kind of crossplay. But I also believe a little of what Kairi said as well, with the community being small but loud. However the more thought I put into that the more I simply don't buy it, only because this game has made so many waves throughout fighting games.
I'm not too sure on what you mean by "1 player round" fighting games but I do agree with people wanting to play modern fighting games more often than the older ones.
I guess I'm more disappointed that there was such a mass exodus from the game because people didn't want to learn how to play with the big boys, and again I'm not even good at the damn thing, I just wish more people wouldn't hop on a bandwagon.
plus im sure the base is spread out due to every game bein a banger.
What people really want is the trifecta
3rd Strike, MVC2, CVS2 all in one game and if Capcom was being nice they'd throw in Alpha 2, Alpha 3, and SSF2T.
With fightcade you can get access to all of that and a better ranking system as well as lobby system. The only downside is that the games don't feel as crisp.
I won't deny them that lmao
