Marvel vs Capcom 2 being available outside of the Xbox 360/PS3 is a huge thing for the fighting game community. He also in the past couple months had been saying he thought this was impossible because it's not just up to Capcom, Disney/Marvel have to greenlight it as well.
Also I have to say it's hilarious he was literally wearing a Marvel vs Capcom shirt when this happened.
He didn't even realize he was wearing it until later when he was showing off some other MVC merch, a wall art mockup of their old concepts for this sort of project.
I think you skipped the part about this collection already releasing on an arcade cabinet. Obviously Arcade 1UP isn't as accessible to everyone due to price, but I don't think Disney needed much convincing to release this collection for the second time.
I've heard the Arcade 1UP cabinets are classified as "toys" instead of "video games" and have a much easier time acquiring licenses because of that. There's a lot of complicated, and seemingly nonsensical, legal stuff when it comes to these releases.
Interesting. That makes sense.
Wrong guy.
What year do you think it is right now?
He acts differently when he knows about the announcement. He'll step off camera right before it's announced and then come back and be like 'hey chat, did I miss something?"
The only loser I see here is yourself. The social media chamption for the MVC community finally gets what he and many others have been asking for after waiting so many years, and the reaction from losers like you on the internet is to be mean. How depressing but expected that this is how gamers (derogatory term) decide to react.
