Game not Starting

Was working last night, but now it doesn't start. Anyone have that issue?

same, was playing it last night but today its just a black screen. Uninstalled and installed again but same issue.

Mine just doesn't even boot up. It tries after hitting play, then stops itself.

After trying to open it as administrator i got the '0xc00007b' error

still dont know how to fix it even when i solve this problem with other games

Where do you check for that error?

1- go to the folder with the .exe [SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\MARVEL vs. CAPCOM Fighting Collection]

2- right click to the game and open as administrator

3- enjoy the error message

so it has to do something with dll files.

i found a old video with a link full of dll files and paste them in the game's folder. it works but without sounds.

So, i finally manage to make it work, it is a lack or corruped dll files. It was hard to find where to download a full file.

Here you can download all files i used.

[Coreccion error (0xc000007b)] has all the files you need to copy & paste into System32

[SysWOW64] has file to paste into SysWOW64 if you are running Windows 64bits and the game still doesnt work
