the problem here isnt magneto or top tiers. the problem is the players dont understand how to counter anything in the game because their excuses of "its too fast". Almost everything has some type of counter but not all characters are able to execute the counter to some traps or set ups.
Something as simple as countering a commando assist can be done by simply using the correct assist. Doom outright beats commando assist even when they are called out at the same time. Or as I stated wait till they call it out to block it and counter call your assist to hit commando and super juggle him or whatever to deal more damage to try and kill him.
Its not hard...if your playing ppl at your skill level focus on getting better on countering what is giving you problems instead of focusing on winning the match. Winning the immediate match does nothing for you in the long run if doesnt teach you how to overcome the problem that keeps defeating you.
