I played thousands of hours of the previous titles already. I only want to buy MvC2 and it's a shame they are all stuck in one bundle.
This is by far the easiest and cheapest way to play this game. It hasn't been available for 11 years or so at this point.
Go buy a PS2, a used copy of MvC2, and a memory card and see if that's cheaper.
Or go buy one of those mini-arcades.
Most of y'all don't understand how GREAT an opportunity this is!
XMen vs SF, MvC1 and MvC2 alone are probably well over $100. Not to mention the other titles you're getting.
That's an invalid argument.
You are a talking about a rare old physical copy. A lot of retro games get expansive due to the lack of availability. It's meant for collectors and those prices aren't regulated in any way. It's literally people taking advantage of how hard it is to come by,
In case you don't know, Marvel vs Capcom 2 was released digitally in 2009 on Xbox Live Arcade by itself for 20 bucks. This is what I'm talking about. This would cost 20 dollars by itself on Steam if Capcom chose to release alone.
I know the bundle as a whole is a good deal.. but only if you are interested in all these games. If you want just one, it's a bad deal and no, MvC2 is not worth 50 dollars by itself.
I'm happy I got it as a Christmas gift. Fanatical had it on sale for under $35 (plus tax. over $36.01) for all those games it's a great deal.
I've already played MvC, MvC2, and one other game a couple times.
This is a dream come true for me and others.
