Please add a higher resolution option to MvC2.
I'm not asking it to be 16:9 like the previous home console release, but its display resolution is doing the game a huge disservice.

Text is harder to read than it should be and even the character sprites are affected from how its rendered. I tried various filters but none of them make a major difference.

What MvC2 looks like in high res

Is this the Switch version emulated and increasing the internal res? I am sure someone will find a hack for PC to do the same. That said, I like the OG res with a good (reshade tweaked, not built in) CRT filter.

Here is how mine looks - https://imgur.com/a/OSkc4CT

View it full screen 4k to see it correctly.
Could you detail how to do that?

the 3D backgroud stages look ogly compared to pixel art stages of the rest of the game. the way to fix it its getting a mod to change those 3D stages for pixel art stages :)

This is something I've been wanting for a while. I have no clue why the internal resolution is set so low. If a game has 3D assets, there should usually be an option for high-res 3D rendering.
