Anyone experiencing lag/stutter/slow motion ?

almost any game I start, and they all play in slow motion, the menu where you choosing a game is fine.
I tried to set different system requirements or change versions, install it again, but it still lags so badly.
My PC can play other games fine, steam games and not.

It is working fine for me, until suddenly there was lag and stutter (I think it was random because I played this game for 10 hours and then this happened. (I play on Steam version also.) I think it has something to do with my internet connection.

for me it's like this since I installed the Pre-Order.
It just plays in Slo mo, forever.

Interesting solution:
Once I put it on the Lowest Resolution (without VSync), It works Normally.
After that, you can then change to any resolution you like, and it will still work as it was intended.

If you are asking me, I have LAN Internet connection and it works fine.

It's really fun playing MSHVSSF again. Lots of Secret characters. And getting back into MVC2, while getting comboed by the pros in ranking match and lost, their combos are really spectacular, I found it hard to defend or react to their combos. (while I also win some ranking match.) Surely I have a lot to learn about these games.

i had a bit last night but it was only in character select in marvel superheroes. had only 1 laggy match dude's magneto was teleporting lol.

I had frame lag and spikes on the CPS 2 games when playing on my RTX 4060 TI, however, when I played the same games on my AMD based APU Laptop and Steam Deck the fps was a constant 60.

If you notice issues are you using an NVIDIA GPU or Intel Integrated Graphics?

ironically im on the steam deck stuttering /sticker Cry Some More

Enabled Vsync, however the render latency randomly jumps from 1.3 ms - 2.3 ms to 11.3 ms - 12.3 ms (NVIDIA Experience Performance Overlay) during the offline match. The 99% FPS will drop as low as 48 FPS. I am starting to suspect the DRM.
