Would love to play, but... (control issues)

If the darn controls would respond that is. I've remapped the motion keys, used a controller, and i STILL have no control over motion. the character just runs diagonally up and left, until he gets stuck on a wall. I have no way to get past this, and I cant even play for more than about a minute. anyone else?

I don't have the game so I can't be sure on this:
I've encountered something like this in the past.

It sounds like you may have a gamepad plugged in that is not centered for some reason.

Try unplugging all joysticks/gamepads then run it and see if you still encounter the error while those devices are not connected.

I've just installed Continue?9876543210 and haven't encountered the locked control bug you're describing.

Try this also:

- right click on Continue?9876543210 in your Steam Library menu.
- Select Properties.
- Select the 'Local Files' tab.
- Select "Verify Integrity of Game Cache..."

If there was a damaged/corrupted or missing file in your install, this may fix it.

no joypad connected, remapped all controls, re-installed twice. still having the issue.
