from what I get, it's a multi part 'super secret' item, but not sure if all the pieces are in the game yet or not. I think you get a piece in the 'chapter 1' as well, I mean of the same 'super item'

The item in-question being a legally-distinct Power Glove stand-in. The game was abandoned before whichever episode was to contain the third piece could be made.
