Picking the right coach.

Does anybody know the list that contained what parameters you look for in each coach?
I'm just trying to make sure I'm picking the right Assistant Coach. I pick the ones that have the best player development but should I be looking for other traits to go along or is that just it? I used to have that list from previous FOF but I can't find the dern file now. <insert facepalm>

Yes!! This helps! Thank you!
It helped confirm most of what I could remember but it also reminded me about the Scouting vs Interviewing. I've been trying to make sure that my coordinators has high numbers on the Scouting and then whatever I could get for Interviewing but this shows that my HC should have the high rating on Interviews.
