Also for OP, it seems as though BGM in storymode cutscenes is absent, which is pretty dumb.
I think I had similar problem when I used Xfire along with this game (long time ago). You use any program like that too? Try to turn off Steam overlay maybe?
I tried to turn of steam overlay and don't worked... I dont use any program like Xfire... Anyone have any other idea? I've already send a ticket to the Support of the game, but they dont say anything...
Fix It or refund.. Seriously?
That problem it's because your PC/Lap/Mac, not game fault.
All my audio is working fine without issues.
If you can do a little research on the forums about the same problem, someone already managed to fix the problem.
Use it as tip so that you can try the same & see if it works
This most likely not an issue with the port, but with your system's audio configuration.
I suspect you have set up your audio to use more channels than your hardware supplies. You are probably using Stereo Speakers or Headphones - but have configured 7.1 surround or Quadraphonic.
If using Windows, please run the sound manager by typing "mmsys.cpl" in the Run prompt (Windows Key +R), or navigate to it in the control panel.
Find your default playback device, select it, and open the configuration. Make sure that "Stereo" is checked under "Audio Channels:" Make sure you finish the configuration by clicking the "Finish" button.
You should now be able to hear voices and the other sounds in-game. Please report back if it worked.
