How can you get this? I've heard about working with game files, is there any other way?

Some how I missed it too. I thought I had ALL DLC available for this game. That pisses me off.

Wait, what's missing? I've had Spintyres for a long time now and even 3 DLCs for it. I logged into my account on SteamDB but when I click the install button I only get the game launch...
