I just got the game yesterday and I can't figure out how to open the map, when I press F1 it opens *HELP* but it doesn't say how to open the map

What happen, if you select a map and click on "start new game" ?

no, no, no. When I can play a game and "play" it but I want to know how to open up the navigation map

when you in game hit f1 and the maap comes up thats it my friend
