Or change them to trucks that still have the needed trailer attachments etc (Like I did)
So dont use the features built into the game?
There's a way to spawn the needed attachements, right?
What's the point of letting me select starting trucks that will make it impossible to complete the map? Why not at least put 2 garage trailers somewhere on the map?!
I'm the only person complaining about the new physics making maps impossible. Most people there have a much easier time then me. That's because the physics aren't consistent amongst all users. For some it got just more realistic, for some it got a hundred times harder and maps are incompletable.
But since only maybe 1% of players goes to the OOVEE forum and that 1% rarely has the problems I'm having (unlike lots of players on the Steam forums) the OOVEE staff doesn't know what's wrong.
A proper developer/publisher would look in the Steam Forums, but OOVEE doesn't, so I'm affraid we have to go to them if we want a minimal chance of them fixing stuff like this.
D-535 and B-131 could be a good starting setup for Flood also. You'd use the B-131 to tow a cistern semitrailer along the road on the other side, and the two D-535s to deliver the logs. Either both with a medium log cart/crane or one with crane and carriage and one with a long log cart otter do it.
We're not talking about the physics in this thread.
We're talking about a lack of instructions when you make changes to the default vehicles on a map.
the latest update seems to me like half of the ideas they had were implemented in a split second descision.. to change starting trucks... nice feature, but useless in fact. because the trucks you can find on the map are not affected by that. so by changing them you ruin the gameplay imo because you make it easier / have trucks double in the end.
same as those new "logs kiosks".. you can see it perfectly on the coast map... the original lumber location is still named "lumber", the others "logs kiosk" and there's a mess with the arrows showing the spot. other than that they destroyed the achievement [deliver 20 log points by logs found outside lumber location] by adding those logs kiosks (at least i didn't find another hidden lumber location yet).. and that after this achievement anyway was laggy and didn't work for a lot of people. i like this game and i don't want to complain.. just saying be patient with them. maybe they're drunk most of the time lol
